Wilwood's D11 4-piston calipers are a direct bolt-on replacement for original equipment Kelsey-Hayes calipers on 1965-67 Ford Mustang, Fairlane, Ranchero, Falcon, Comet, and Mercury Cougar. Forged billet aluminum bodies, internal fluid crossover, stainless steel pistons, and high-temperature seals end the rust, leaking, bore pitting and seal failures that plague the OE caliper design. D11 calipers use OE-style brake pads, and fit in stock location with original brackets and rotors.

D11 calipers mount in the stock location over stock rotors and use the original type D11 brake pads. These calipers fit inside most production steel wheels and most of the later model alloy wheels. D11 calipers use the same overall piston volumes as the original calipers. Other than a new flexline with an 1/8”-27 NPT end for the new aluminum caliper, no other changes such as master cylinder output or front to rear bias adjustment are necessary.
